PPH Ball Valve

Valve Type PLASTIC BALL VALVE
Body PPH

Product Overview

A ball valve controls the flow of fluid or gas by means of a hollow, perforated, and rotating sphere. The ball, often made of metal, contains a drilled opening that aligns with the pipeline when open and turns perpendicular to it when closed. Ball valves are commonly used in industrial, plumbing, and natural gas systems for both on/off operation and flow regulation. Two common designs are full-bore and reduced-bore ball valves.

Socket, flanged, and worm-gear ball valves are specialized types designed for specific applications.

A socket ball valve features a socket connection suitable for smaller-diameter pipes, allowing straightforward installation and removal.

A flanged ball valve incorporates a flanged connection, generally selected for larger pipe diameters. This design supports easier installation and removal, provides improved sealing, and is suitable for higher pressure and temperature conditions.

A worm-gear ball valve operates using a worm gear drive, which offers precise control over the valve position. This type is often applied in processes requiring accurate regulation, such as industrial control systems. The drive may be manual or motorized.

1.Engineering plastic series ball valve adopts FRPP, PVDF, PVC-C, PVC-U, PPH etc the corrosion resistance thermoplastic plastic which formed in a single injection molding and has a strong ability to resist corrosion.

2.Reliable seal, small opening and closing torque Opening and closing torque.

3.Small fluid resistance, Open/close quickly.

4.Simple structure, beautiful appearance.
